Leveraging Your Leadership Style

A couple of weeks back I received this book! If you're a leader of any sort and do not have this book - get it.

I am a leadership junkie. I read the blogs, take the tests, listen to/read the books, and talk with other leaders hoping to continue to unlock secrets of this thing that everything "rises and falls on." However, if you have read one leadership book/blog you have read many others. It seems a lot of books are saying the same thing - just with different hooks and catch lines. It becomes...well...annoying.

This book, though I am only a few chapters in, seems to be different. I took their leadership style test, included in the book, and scored off the page as a Commander! (There are four different leadership styles described in the book.) Which means I'm officially - a jerk. Just kidding - sort of. As I navigate through this small book, I'll write more thoughts about it.
